We Come to You!

Achieve Fitness offers one on one personal in home training. We'll come to you! All you have to provide is a small space in or around your home! Sessions run for one hour on average, 1.5 hours is also available upon request. We use a variety of equipment including kettle bells, bands, dumbells, medicine balls, stability balls & TRX suspension trainers. Whether you're looking to lose weight, tone up, rehabilitate an injury, or just learn something new, Achieve Fitness has something for you.

Spin classes october 2012!
We will have this class outdoors until Wednesday October 10th, 2012. Starting Wednesday October 17th, 2012 we will be changing this class into a spin class from 530-630pm and resuming outdoor 630-730pm class in the spring when there is more light in the evenings. The nice thing about Wednesday night outdoor classes is if its ugly outside we do have the capability to come in and use wherever there is space for us so we dont get too wet! Royal Roads offers alot of awesome outdoor trails and areas for us to use, which we have never had the privilege of anything like this available to us! I am very excited to experiment with this new space!

bootcamp september 10th @ royal roads
Mondays will be 630-730pm bootcamp in the gym floor space starting Monday September 10th,2012. This space is a full basketball court and allows us to have the capability to run and do larger drills that we have been unable to from lack of space in the past!

Important reminder
Since we have decided to move into a gym that requires memberships, I have created a sign in book for everyone to sign into when they arrive for classes so that the Royal Roads staff are able to identify my clients. The book will have my logo and Achieve Fitness sign in book written on it, please take a moment before class to stop and sign in.


Cost:
1x a week - (for 90 days) $165.00 inc tax
2x a week- (for 90 days) $275.00 inc tax

Sessions per week (in home) $55 + taxes
(this is 1-3 sessions per week rate)

Personal training prices:
Prices range from $50 to $75 per session for one on one training and $25 to $45 per session for partner and group personal training. The group personal training will depend on the number of people in the group.
